小学教师信息技术应用中存在的问题及对策研究

Abstract:This research mainly adopts questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, of city primary school teachers' information technology application status on a small-scale questionnaire, through the statistics and analysis the results, found that there are four main problems: first, the informatization infrastructure construction is not sound, light and soft phenomenon is more serious; Second, teachers' information technology level is uneven; Third, the modern teaching idea behind; Fourth, the school leader seriously enough, the teacher training opportunities too little, interest is not high. And put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve above problems: first, increasing investment, improve and perfect the school informatization infrastructure construction; Second, implement a phased training, improve the efficiency of training; Third, changing the teaching idea, teaching practice ability; Fourth, actively carry out targeted training, improve teachers' information literacy.

引言
随着教育改革的深入发展，教育信息化是历史发展的必然趋势。尤其是近几年来，国家加大了对基础教育现代化的投入，许多小学都配备了多媒体教学设备以及相应地资源，为信息技术应用提供了良好的信息化教学环境。在这样一个时代背景下，信息技术已经广泛地走进了课堂和校园，正以各种各样的形式影响着教师和学生的工作及日常生活。作为信息技术应用的主力军，教师的信息技术水平及能力将直接影响着我国基础教育现代化改革的进程。教育部出台的《教育部关于推进教师教育信息化建设的意见》中指明：“全面推进现代化信息技术在教师教育中的普及和应用”[1]。由此可见，掌握信息技术，熟练运用信息技术服务于教学、优化教学成为了现代教师的一项必备技能。
