Abstract：In recent years , with the advancement of our country education enterprise reform, the rural education career also received a lot of attention to a certain extent. However, rural middle school history teaching of school did not attach enough importance to the middle school history teaching, middle school history teachers strength weak, students' learning view not correct phenomenon is still outstanding. In this paper, the he Nan Shang Sui, for example, from three aspects of schools, teachers, students, and to the countryside middle school history teaching has carried on the investigation and analysis of existing problems, and puts forward how to improve the awareness of the school, improve the quality of the history teachers, strengthening the teachers team construction, set up the students' correct view of history study countermeasures.

——以河南商水为例
前言
现阶段农村中学教学改革的一切工作重心和中心都围绕着“备考”而展开，把分数的高低作为衡量学生和教师水平高低的唯一标准。以至于在中考、高考的指挥棒下，社会、家长、学校仅仅关注语文、数学、语外学科的教学而不重视中学历史学科的教学，使得农村中学历史的教学寸步难行。
培根说：“读史使人明智”。由此可知，历史在整个教学过程中是十分重要的；但是农村中学的历史教学却因种种因素而备受冷落与忽视。如何让历史跟上时代的脚步，提升农村历史教学的地位，解决农村历史教学的瓶颈等问题是我们当前急需解决的问题。
目前，国内外关于中学历史教学的研究文章和著作也非常多，有学者从历史课堂出发探讨历史教学过程存在的问题；有学者从教师角度出发探讨如何提高历史教学课堂效率；有学者从学生的身心发展特点出发探讨如何提高学生的学习动力。但这些研究都没有从当前存在的实际问题入手，没有找到问题解决的方法。本文则以河南商水为例，从理论和实际出发，深入实际调研，多角度、全方位地探讨农村中学历史教学存在的问题及对策。
