The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Home School Cooperation in the rural Area
Abstract: Home school cooperation is based on the family and the school of communication, coordination, a form of education and ability education. These two aspects of education, all the features, is to promote the growth of the children better. Based on this expectation but there are still many problems to be solved. Especially in the countryside, considering the rural economy, the environment, the shortage of the outstanding education can affect parent-school cooperative. At the same time，unknown home school responsibility, the activities of the organization, communication, cooperation at the one-way degree is not deep, existence, so this paper from three aspects of society, school，and family to the above causes problems for the analysis, combining the general existing problems, and puts forward the improvement of rural home school cooperation proposal.

农村小学家校合作现状及对策
一、家校合作的意义和作用
家校的合作，是对学生最具影响力的两个社会教育机构——家庭和学校的合力，是对学生全面而有意义的教育活动。日本教育家佐藤雪认为，教育本有两面：一面是education一面是edu-care前者认为儿童为客体，成人能动的施加影响；后者以成人与儿童的交往为核心,互相为对方而操心。由于工业化的需要，education的功能被抽象出来加以制度化，形成现代学校教育。edu-care的功能则被密封在家庭教育中，如果现代学校教育educare的功能通过家校合作，必将增强教育的时效性。家校合作是指以促进学生发展为目的，家庭和学校两种力量相互配合、相互支持、相互协调的教育活动。[1]刘衍玲，臧源，张大均，在其论文《家校合作研究述评》中指出家校合作是指以促进学生发展为目的，家庭和学校两种力量互相配合，互相支持，互相协调的教育互动活动。[2]家校合作的提出为家庭与学校以促进学生的全面发展为目标，学校指导家庭教育，家长主动参与学校教育相互支持、互相配合的双边活动。英国北爱尔兰大学教授摩根将家校合作的方式按家长参与的层次分为三类。一是低层次参与，合作方式有：访问学校、参见家长会、开放日、学生作业展览等活动。另外，家长联系薄、家长小报、家长通讯也属于此类。而是高层次的参与，合作方式有：经常性的家访、家长参与课堂教学和课外活动、帮助制作教具、为学校募捐资金等。三是正式的组织上的参与，这种层次的合作方式有：家长咨询委员会等。[3]从摩根的家校合作的分类中，我国农村的家校合作的形式只停留在低层次，没有更多的去创新，合作形式的单一导致学生教育落后。加强家校合作的关系不仅能够为学生的成长创造一个良好的环境，而且可以防止外界给学生带来不良行为现象的影响。
