摘要:分层教学作为现代办学理念和教育理念,它充分体现了因材施教的原则,有利于实现教学效益的最大化。但在实际分层教学中存在一些问题,本论文从分层教学应用现状的调查分析,得出当前分层教学在应用中存在的问题:主体分层不合理;教学目标分层不明确,教学内容缺少差异性,评价分层不具针对性。从提高分层教学的有效性问题出发,提出针对学情,理性分层;教学目标分层,实现最近发展区;教学内容伸缩有度,满足层次需求;转变观念,分层评价四个方面给予合理性对策。22598 毕业论文关键词:小学;分层教学;应用现状
The Investigation and Analysis of Layered Teaching
Application Status for Primary School
Abstract: Layered teaching works as a modern educational philosophy and education philosophy,which fully reflected the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and it is beneficial to maximize efficiency of teaching,but there are some problems in the actual layered teaching.Based on the investigation and analysis of layered teaching application status.It is concluded that the current problems existing in the layered teaching in research:The stratification of students main body is unreasonable;The stratification of teaching goal is not clear;Class teaching contents lack the differences;The stratification of teaching evaluation is not targeted;This paper starts to improve the effectiveness of layered teaching,puting forward in view of the learning situation,the rational stratification;The teaching target stratified to realize the recent development area;Teaching content the resilience to meet the demand of level;Changing ideas, stratified evaluation four aspects to give reasonable countermeasures.
