Kindergarten small-class children investigation and analysis of cultivating the ability of self service
Abstract: Self service ability, that is, children in a certain period the ability to take care of the self management. Good ability of self service for the development of life has its immeasurable role. Preschool age is critical period in one's life, is one of the most plastic period, also a critical period of cultivating children's self service ability. With the development of The Times, the cultivation of the children's self service more and more get the attention of parents to the teacher, but in the process of the implementation of the specific quite a lot of problems. In zhoukou A kindergarten class, for example, this paper through the questionnaire investigation and interview method for small children present situation investigation of cultivating the ability of self service. It is concluded that parents and teachers on the cultivation of children's self service is widespread dotes on, replace or even arranged phenomenon. Analysis the cause of this phenomenon, and put forward from two aspects of family, kindergarten strengthen children's self service ability training implementation strategy.

前言
自我服务能力也指独立完成生活的能力，是每个社会个体生存所具备的最基本技能和素质。培养幼儿良好自我服务能力对幼儿良好个性的形成、自尊心、自信心的塑造，以及自己处理问题能力的提高都有其深远的影响，对幼儿一生的发展都有不可估量的作用。联合国教科文组织认为新世纪的人才必须具备“学会认知、学会合作、学会生活、学会生存”四种基本技能。其中“学会生存”是具备其它三种能力的基础，而良好自我服务能力是学会生存的重要组成部分。因此对幼儿自我服务能力的培养可谓迫在眉睫。
