The present situation and countermeasure of student health education activities
Abstract:Infant education is the core of all kindergarten work, healthy education can through a variety of means, in a planned way, purposefully and systematically make young children master health knowledge, develop good for inpidual, collective and social health behavior, way of life, promote the all-round development of children's physical and mental health. This study aims to explore the current children's health education activities, such as the activities of goal setting is not accurate, the status quo of activity time arrangement is not reasonable, etc, in order to promote children's health education activities to provide more theoretical research. From the practice level, can provide some methods for early childhood teachers, to promote the development of health education activities, causing the educator of reflection and summary to these questions, thus for effective teaching, young children in good health education activities and get a better growth.

中班健康教育活动的现状及对策
一、健康教育活动的概述
(一)健康教育活动的定义
健康教育是以教育为主，通过有计划、有组织、有系统的社会教育活动，使人们自觉地采纳有益于健康的行为和生活方式，消除或减轻影响健康的危险因素，有计划的改良不良行为，预防疾病，促进健康，提高生活质量，并对教育效果作出评价。[1]
幼儿园健康教育活动是指教师专门为幼儿设计并组织的、以文护和促进幼儿身心健康为目的的教育活动。[2]
（二）健康教育活动对于幼儿发展的意义
《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》（以下简称《纲要》）明确要求：“幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位。”[3]从中可以看出健康教育是幼儿园教育的首要任务。幼儿健康教育应该根据幼儿的身心发展的特点，以提高幼儿对健康认识、改善幼儿的健康态度、培养幼儿的健康行为、文护和促进幼儿的健康发展为核心的有组织、有计划、有目的的一系列健康教育活动。[4]
1.健康教育活动有助于提高幼儿对健康的认识。
幼儿生长发育十分迅速，但尚未完善，天真纯洁的心灵容易受到伤害，活泼好动但缺乏自我保护的能力等，[5]这些特点决定了幼儿的健康教育是幼儿园教育的最重要的组成部分。因此，在健康教育活动的开展中帮助幼儿提高自身对于健康的认识十分有效。
