Abstract:Because the child is in a critical period of rapid development of body and mind, the organized reasonable outdoor activities can provide children with good development space, so the outdoors is an integral part of the kindergarten education activities.Through the investigation about the present situation of zhoukou city J kindergarten outdoor activities, to carry on the study, the current city kindergarten ground deficiencies, the condition of material shortage, activity time is limited, can try to outdoor activities from the optimization of the equipment, reasonable arrangement of outdoor activity time, increase the activity the aspects of quantity, improve teachers' professional level, improve and change the current situation and so on,for young children creating good environment conducive to the development of their physical and mental health.

大班幼儿户外活动的现状分析——以周口市J幼儿园为例 前言：
户外活动对幼儿成长具有极其重要的意义，发挥着不可替代的作用。学前儿童正处在身心各方面素质全面发展的关键时期，《3--6岁儿童学习与发展指南》中指出，幼儿每天的户外活动时间一般不少于两小时，其中体育活动时间不少于1小时，季节交替时要坚持。目前我国对幼儿户外活动现状的分析主要从体育活动、户外游戏、户外活动场地和环境等方面分析研究，理论分析不够充分全面。可以看出，幼儿园户外活动对幼儿的发展十分重要，但是当前国内对幼儿园户外活动的研究还相对比较少，幼儿园户外活动的理论指导还比较缺乏。因此，本课题研究从当前理论出发，力图提出一些可行性的建议和措施。我收集资料，进行观察研究，努力做出一些有效改善这种现象的成果。本课题的研究主要采用观察法、访谈法、文献法，通过对大班幼儿户外活动的研究，能够给教师在实施活动时提供一些理论依据和正确的引导，从而改善当前幼儿户外活动的现状。
一、幼儿园户外活动概念界定
（一）幼儿园户外活动的含义
幼儿园户外活动是“一种有目的、有计划地利用多种材料，采用多种形式，享受空气、阳光等自然因素进行锻炼的积极措施”。[1]它包括户外学习、户外运动以及户外休闲活动（如春游，亲子户外活动）。[2]
在这次调查研究中，幼儿园户外活动指在幼儿园的建筑物以外的露天场所中，由教师组织的、幼儿自由进行的活动。在我所观察的幼儿园中开展的户外活动主要有体育活动、沙水活动、观察活动、操类活动等。这项研究从户外活动的场地、设备，户外活动开展的时间和频率，户外活动的组织形式等方面对大班幼儿的户外活动状况进行调查研究。
