Finally, contract management, Nanjing Metro Building case, summarize, analyze the Nanjing Metro Building, the main construction contract management experience and problems. First introduced subway building project profiles for building management model has a certain understanding; followed on the subway building contract management process specific analysis, including the building of the contract system, form of contract and contract management system. Finally, noting that Metro Building contract management problems in the process, and a brief analysis of these issues. The results showed that the Nanjing Metro Building contract management was successful, but inevitably there will still be some problems.
In short, whether a project is successful, construction contract awareness and the low level of contract management of construction projects in China is still a common phenomenon. In order to solve these common problems, for all the efforts and dedication are necessary.
