摘 要:随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业之间的竞争就是人才的竞争,而获得人才主要有两种途径:一是从外部招聘优秀的人才;二是对现有的员工进行培训,使之成为优秀人才。中小型企业要想随时招聘到优秀合适的人才很难,那么员工培训就成为中小型企业发展的重中之重。因此,研究中小型企业员工培训管理现状有十分重要的意义。在有关员工培训文献的基础上,从员工培训的含义、意义及形式等方面出发,以KD公司为例,对KD的员工培训现状进行具体分析,发现它在员工培训方面存在的不足之处,最后给出了相应的解决对策。38112 毕业论文关键词:中小型企业;员工培训管理;培训需求分析
The Staff Training Management Present Situation and Countermeasure Research of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract: With the increasingly fierce market competition,the competition between enterprises is the talented person's competition,but there are two major ways to get the talented person:one is recruiting talent from the outside;the second is training existing employees,making them become outstanding talent.It’s difficult for small and medium enterprises to recruit right outstanding talent at any time,so staff training has become a top priority for small and medium enterprise to develop. Therefore,the study of small and medium-sized enterprises’ staff training management situation is of vital significance.On the basis of the relevant literature on staff training,from the meaning of staff training, significance and other aspects of the form,taking the KD's case,for KD of staff training situation specific analysis,we found that it exists in staff training problems and shortcomings.Finally,the corresponding corresponding solutions are given.
