摘要:当前,越来越多企业发现应届毕业生这个群体的优势所在,意识到校园招聘对于企业挖掘优秀人才、提升企业实力具有重要意义,因此,校园招聘已然成为愈来愈多企业引进人才的主要渠道之一。校园招聘不仅可以提高企业对于招聘岗位人员的针对性,还能帮助企业挖掘到合适的人才,也是用较低成本获取专业人才的重要途径。本文通过现存文献的梳理对传统的校园招聘模式进行研究,基于企业视角下剖析当前校园招聘现状,结合现实中企业的校园招聘方式的运用,对校园招聘模式建立新的标准进行重新划分并对其模式发展进行简要浅析,希望这些校园招聘模式能够为企业在校园招聘工作中提供一定的借鉴意义。37974 毕业论文关键词:校园招聘;招聘模式;发展;分类;影响
