Research on campus recruitment model and its development
Abstract： Nowadays, more and more enterprises find the advantages of this group of graduates, aware of the campus recruitment for enterprises to tap the talents, enhance the strength of enterprises is important, therefore, campus recruitment has become more and more enterprises to introduce talent the main channel one. Campus recruitment can not only improve the recruitment of staff for the targeted, but also help enterprises to tap the right people, but also with lower cost access to professional talent an important way. This paper studies the traditional campus recruitment model through the combing of the existing literature, analyzes the present situation of the campus recruitment based on the enterprise perspective, and re-pides the new standard of the campus recruitment model with the application of the campus recruitment mode Model development, and hope that these campus recruitment model can provide some reference for enterprises in the campus recruitment work.

在市场经济的触动下现代化企业对人才的需求量在不断上升，人才是企业核心竞争力的基石，招聘是企业引进人才的开端。校园招聘对于企业来说，不仅为企业发展增加人才储备，招聘高学历大学生也会提升企业品牌形象；也是企业给予毕业大学生一个展示自我风采、实现自我价值的舞台。
应届毕业生入职之际虽然缺乏工作经验，但是能够快速的接受公司管理理念，融入公司的企业文化，及其具有可塑性。刚踏入社会的毕业生，对工作充满了活力，对未来充满向往和激情，往往能够快速投入到工作中去。由此可见，校园招聘能够为企业带来新的思想和技术，是企业向前发展的活力源泉中的一股重要力量。
