摘要:社会服务职能一直是高校职能的重要组成部分之一,也是提高教师教学水平、学生学业水平与链接社会各界从而提高高校声誉的重要途径之一,而有效的高校教师社会服务考核制度更是激励教师投身于社会服务的必要保证。笔者通过对首批10所新农村发展研究院高校教师社会服务考核制度进行文本分析,针对大学教师这种知识型岗位将制度中的激励举措分为三大类,分别是:物质激励、精神激励及工作(成就)激励,并基于波特—劳勒综合激励模型对现行考核制度提出完善建议。36650 毕业论文关键词:高校教师;社会服务;波特-劳勒综合激励模型;文本分析
Text analysis on Appraisal system of social service of college teachers Based on Comprehensive Incentive Model

Abstract: Social service has always been one of the important segments of the colleges’functions and one of the significant methods of improving teachers’teaching level and students’academic level,as well as the link of all sectors of society so that improve the reputation of colleges.What necessary to motivate teachers’engagement in social service is an effective appraisal system of social service of college teachers.The author through the first batch of 10 new rural development institutes college text analysis, in view of the knowledge workers as college teachers, system of incentives can be pided into three categories, respectively is: the material incentive and spirit incentive and work (achievement) incentives, and put forward improving suggestions to the current examination systembased on porter - lawler’s comprehensive incentive model.
