摘 要:人力资源是衡量一个民族、一个国家、一个地区长期兴旺发达的重要保证,但我国公共部门的人力资源开发仍然存在问题,特别是公务员法实施后,这些问题尤为明显。受传统政治文化的影响,配套改革迟缓、人事制度改革滞后及认识不足已成为我国公共部门人力资源开发所面临的挑战。通过对公共部门人力资源开发的重要性、公务员法实施前后公共部门人力资源开发的状况以及面临的挑战的认识,提出相应的对策。35132 毕业论文关键词:公务员法;公共部门;人力资源开发
Civil Servant Law after the Implementation of the Public Sector Human Resources Development Faces Challenge
Abstract: Human resources is an important guarantee for the measure of a nation, a country, a region to ensure long term prosperity. But there are some problems in the development of our country’s public sectors human resources, especially after the implementation of the civil service law. These problems are particularly evident. Influenced by political traditional culture, slow reform, lag of personnel system reform and lack of knowledge has become a challenge for human resource development in public sectors. By deepening the understanding of the importance of human resource development in public sectors, the situations of human resource development in public sectors before and after the implementation of the civil service law and the civil service challenges, corresponding measures should be put forward.
