Although the government has formulated the environmental laws and regulations system and continues to improve, To make the environment protect a certain improvement, However, the situation of the enterprise does not fulfill the obligations of the environment remains unchanged. Under this background, the paper is based on the wide range of the whole country, The harm of pollutants produced by industrial enterprises to human beings is summarized, To the problems caused by the environmental protection work and the government's problems in the pollution control policies. Taking Xuzhou city as an example, the supervision and measures of the government of Xuzhou Municipality on the pollution of industrial enterprises is analyzed concretely, And the pollution problems which exist in the industrial enterprises under the supervision of the government, The reasons for these problems are analyzed and compared with the domestic and foreign policies, To find out the shortcomings of the government supervision in China, And learn from foreign experience of good, The problems of environmental supervision and pollution control of industrial enterprises in Xuzhou are put forward and countermeasures are put forward.
