摘要:近年来,在市场经济发展和高校改革的大背景下,大学生就业问题突出,已经阻碍了社会进步发展。其中,大学生求职中的性别歧视问题日益严峻,成为社会关注的热点。本文通过对青岛大学生求职者和招聘者的调查和典型案例访谈,从就业机会、录用标准和就业待遇三个方面来揭示性别歧视的表现和存在性,并从制度、政府、职业隔离和意识等方面对其原因进行分析,最后在此基础上提出完善政策、加强执法和促进家务劳动市场化等改善女大学生就业的针对性对策。25926 毕业论文关键词:大学生 就业 性别歧视 原因分析 对策建议
The gender discrimination in job seeking for college students
—based on the investigation of the employment market of college students in Qingdao
Abstract: In recent years, the employment problem of college students has been outstanding under the background of market economy and the reform of colleges and universities, hindering the development of social progress. Among all problems, the gender discrimination in college students’ job hunting is becoming more and more serious, which has become a social focus. This paper reveals the present situation and beingness of college students’ gender discrimination from employment opportunities, employment standards and employment treatment through to job seekers and recruiters’ research and typical case interview in Qingdao, and analyzes its reason from the system, the government, occupational segregation and consciousness. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the policy, strengthening law enforcement, and promoting the marketization of housework to guarantee the equal employment of female college students.
