The gender discrimination in job seeking for college students
—based on the investigation of the employment market of college students in Qingdao
Abstract: In recent years, the employment problem of college students has been outstanding under the background of market economy and the reform of colleges and universities, hindering the development of social progress. Among all problems, the gender discrimination in college students’ job hunting is becoming more and more serious, which has become a social focus. This paper reveals the present situation and beingness of college students’ gender discrimination from employment opportunities, employment standards and employment treatment through to job seekers and recruiters’ research and typical case interview in Qingdao, and analyzes its reason from the system, the government, occupational segregation and consciousness. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the policy, strengthening law enforcement, and promoting the marketization of housework to guarantee the equal employment of female college students.

大学生求职中的性别歧视—基于对青岛大学生就业市场的调查研究
引言
就业是民生之本。随着高等教育规模的扩大，大学生数量增多，2017届高校毕业生预计达 795 万人，庞大的大学生就业队伍让原本就紧张的就业资源更加紧缺。就业形势严峻，目前在经济发展放缓、毕业生数量增多、毕业生对岗位需求更迫切的大背景下，供大于求的状况导致企业提高招聘门槛，更有可能通过设置就业歧视来筛选应聘者，相比于男大学生而言，女大学生就业形势更为严峻。在我国，性别歧视问题在就业歧视中最为突出，女大学生的平等就业权得不到保障。女大学生的就业情况复杂，全国妇联妇女研究调查显示，2015年在北京等地多所高校的调查的女大学生有86.6%在应聘过程中受到过一种或多种性别歧视[1]。就业市场上存在各种各样的性别歧视现象，就业性别歧视的普遍性成为社会进步经济发展的一大“痛点”。
