摘要:在我国人力资源管理外包还处于起步阶段,企业在人力资源管理外包时应如何操作以及在操作中应注意什么问题,是我国企业当前面临的重要问题。由于我国人力资源管理外包市场建立时间不长,并且缺乏监管,再加上企业对人力资源管理外包认识的不足,使得企业实施人力资源管理外包面临不少风险。本文我们对人力资源管理外包的风险如外包商选择风险、经营风险及退出风险等等做了一些分析,并且提出了如何应对这些风险的措施,以使企业根据自身的实际,做好风险防范工作,尽可能的达到人力资源管理外包的目的,使其在企业的发展中发挥更大的积极作用。23304 毕业论文关键词:人力资源管理外包;风险分析;风险对策
Risk and Countermeasures Enterprise Human Resource Management Outsourcing
Abstract: In China, human resource management outsourcing is still in its infancy, how companies should operate in human resource management outsourcing and in operation should pay attention to what issues are important issues facing our business. Because of human resource management outsourcing market set-up time is not long, and the lack of regulation, coupled with the lack of business understanding of human resource management outsourcing, making the implementation of human resource management outsourcing companies face many risks. In this paper, we risk to human resource management outsourcing such as outsourcing provider selection risk, operational risk and exit risk so do some analysis and propose measures on how to deal with these risks, in order to enable enterprises according to their actual risk prevention work achieve the purpose of human resource management outsourcing as much as possible, to play a greater role in the development of enterprises active in.
