摘 要:无领导小组讨论(简称LGD)是常用的一种评价中心测评方法,它与传统的测评方法相比具有仿真性高、测评过程真实等独特的优势,不仅仅被应用于企业人才的选拔,近年来更是与公务员招考结合,应用于公务员面试选拔中。但是由于该技术在我国应用的还不够完善,所以在公务员面试中存在着题目编制质量低、容易掩盖个人才能、不适用所有公务员职位等问题。针对这些问题,并通过国内外应用情况的对比,我国的公务员面试在应用无领导小组讨论测评方法时应积极完善测评指标体系,使用专业的测评人员,加快测评机构的建设,保证测评的公平性,并努力使该方法中国化。20941 毕业论文关键词:无领导小组讨论;公务员;面试
The Study of Leaderless Group Discussion in The Civil Service Interview
Abstract: leaderless group discussion (referred LGD) is a commonly used assessment center evaluation method, which compared with the traditional evaluation method has a high simulation, real evaluation process and other unique advantages, not only be applied enterprise personnel selection, recruitment of civil servants in recent years is the combination used in the selection of civil servants in the interview.
