保障性社区公共服务设施配置评价体系研究
本毕业论文通过对保障性社区的特征及其公共服务设施配置现状进行研究，深入分析保障性社区公共服务设施配置特点、保障性社区公共服务设施配置性能，以及影响其配置情况的因素指标，论文采用归纳总结与专家打分的方法，提取评分指标并构建保障性社区公共服务设施配置评价体系，为保障性社区公共建设施配置提供理论参考和规划意见。19968

Research on Evaluation System of indemnificatory community’s public service facilities
Abstract: In recent years, with the advance of housing security system and urban renewal work, all over the country are building large-scale construction of indemnificatory housing, which forms a large number of indemnificatory communities. Due to the factors of premium and the evacuation of central city, many other reasons have been caused , such as the undesirable location of indemnificatory community. The issues of lagging and inefficient configuration of China's urban community’s public service facilities have become increasingly significant, which directly affects the quality of life of residents. Thus, establishing community public service facilities’s theoretical system with Chinese characteristics；innovating public services configuration studies and improving the indemnificatory community’s public service facilities configuration have become the practical problems, which need to be solved in China's urban construction and the implementation process of housing security system.
This paper studies the feature of indemnificatory community and the configuration status of it , and then has an in-depth analysis of the feature of indemnificatory community’s public service facilities configuration、the function of indemnificatory community’s public service facilities configuration , and the factor indicators affecting its configuration. the paper uses induction summary and expert scoring method to extract scoring indicators and build the evaluation system of indemnificatory community’s public service facilities for providing a theoretical reference and planning advice.
