Abstract: The 21st century is the era when the science and technology develop at full speed, the competition is fierce, and innovations come out day by day. Such an crab needs talents who have innovative consciousness，innovation ability and can solve practical problems. Undergraduates participate in research is helpful for their creative spirit, creative ability and practical ability．Finally, it can improve the comprehensive ability of undergraduates. But due to the incomplete relevant rules and regulations, the school's academic atmosphere is not strong, the student to participate in a series of problems such as the idea of scientific research subject is not correct, the enthusiasm of undergraduate students to participate in the activities of teachers' scientific research in colleges and universities and the participation rate is very low. Based on these problems should be a corresponding rules and regulations to strengthen management; establish fund of undergraduate innovation practice; Schools provide abundant resources and create a good academic atmosphere; Cultivate undergraduates interest in scientific research and innovation spirit.
