Study of CaSnO3 System Luminescent Materials
Abstract:Green long lasting phosphors of CaSnO3:Tb3+
have been successfully synthesized by
solid-state reaction. The CaSnO3 phosphors have been investigated using thermal analysis,
X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, luminescence properties of
CaSnO3:Tb3+
phosphors, including luminescence properties, the afterglow decay, thermo
luminescence, are also systematically discussed in this paper. To enhance luminescence
properties ,alkali ions(Na
+
、K+
) had been added into CaSnO3:Tb3+
.The synthesized Tb3+
doped
CaSnO3 phosphors show intense luminescence under ultraviolet excitation.
