摘 要：财务报表是反映一个公司的经营状况，这是对一个年度或者季度的经营状况进行的归纳总结，而本文的财务分析则是采用太阳纸业的财务报表作为分析的依据，通过财务报表中显示的数字，采用多种财务分析方法对整个报表进行分析，进而充分了解企业整体的运行状况。本文在介绍相关理论研究背景以及现状的基础之上，从理论框架与实际案例两个角度同时分析财务报表的作用及其分析研究的意义，主要探讨其对于企业日常经营所带来的诸多作用和影响意义等。除此之外，笔者还依托现有的研究方法，总结专门针对于财务报表的综合分析策略。科学合理的研究方法是能否正确分析企业的经营状况的关键，基于该结论，选择太阳纸业作为本文的研究对象，同时从理论研究和案例分析这两个角度对该企业的财务报表进行分析，同时将图表分析法融入其中。为顺利完成分析研究任务，此次主要通过文献研究的方式获取理论资源，本文最后采用杜邦分析法，分析企业管理存在的不足以及通过研究结果对其存在的问题提出改善的建议，以便更好地利用企业资源，提高企业价值。

ABSTRACT：Comprehensive financial statements reflects a company's operating results and financial condition, and the financial analysis is the sun paper according to financial statements, using various financial analysis method to analyzes the company's financial information in order to grasp the operation situation of the company. In this paper, the methods of case analysis and chart analysis are combined to analyze the Sun Paper Limited by Share Ltd. At the same time, this article collects a large amount of relevant information to complete the research work through books, networks, journals and other approaches. At the end of the article, using the du pont analysis method, the analysis found the need to the management of the assets management efficiency for further ascension, in order to better improve the net interest rate of the net assets, improve the enterprise value.
