摘要：分析和评价我国的一个上市证券公司，通常是简单的从几个方面来认证这个公司好不好，发展前景有多大，但是很难全面的认证中国上市证券公司全部实力。本文选择中国16家上市证券公司，选择其中8个经营因素作为参考指标，用因子分析方法和主成分分析方法，得到中国上市证券公司强力有效的竞争力的因素是什么。并进行中国上市证券公司排名，还采用聚类分析方法对上市证券公司进行分类，结合两者来对我国上市证券公司2016年的发展经营做出客观、全面的评价。并对上市证券公司以后的发展提出一些建议。
Abstract：Analyzing and evaluating a listed securities company in our country, it is usually simple to verify the good or bad of the company from several aspects, and how big the development prospects are, but it is difficult to fully verify the full strength of the listed securities company in China. In this paper, we choose 16 listed securities companies in China, and select 8 of them as reference factors, and use factor analysis method and principal component analysis method to obtain the factors of strong and effective competitiveness of listed securities companies in China. The listed securities companies in China are ranked, and the listed securities companies are classified by cluster analysis method, which combines the two to make an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the development and operation of the listed securities companies in 2016. And put forward some suggestions for the development of listed securities companies.

第一章选题背景
