摘  要：如今各大高校也是顺应时代潮流，创建了各种校园网站，从宣传校园文化的学校官网、管理学生学习工作的教务系统，到管理学生信息的校园信息门户，各个网站的无一不展示了网络技术的魅力。但目前大多数高校院系的评奖、评优主要以人工为主，没有完全实现信息化，由于工作中过多的人工参与，从而容易产生出错率高、公平性、可信性不高等问题。班级评优管理系统正是为了适应新形式下进行班级信息化管理而研究开发的一套方便、简单的管理系统。

本次设计采用B/S开发模式，利用Java Web开发技术中的MVC设计模式，完成该系统的设计与实现。该设计后台数据库的构建利用MySql数据库，系统前期的各种分析的结构图是利用Microsoft Office Visio制作。系统的主要功能有：智育成绩模块、综合测评模块、综合学生评优模块等。通过对班级评优系统的设计与实现，简化了班级评优工作的流程，提高了班级评优工作的效率，提高了评优结果的公平性和认可度。

The Design and Implementation of Class Appraising System 

Abstract：Now the major colleges and universities is the trend of the times, to create a variety of campus website, learning educational system from the publicity of campus culture, school website management students to campus information portal management of student information, without showing the charm of the web site network technology. But most of the faculties of colleges and universities awarding and evaluation mainly relies on human, not fully realize the promotion of information technology, due to too much work in artificial participation, can easily lead to high error rate, fairness, credibility is not high. Class evaluation management system is a convenient and simple management system in order to adapt to the class information management under the new form of research and development.

The design uses B/S development model, using Java Web development technology in the MVC design patterns, the completion of the system design and implementation. The design of the construction of the background database using MySql database, the system of the early analysis of the structure is the use of Microsoft Office Visio production. The main functions of the system: intellectual performance module, evaluation module, comprehensive evaluation of students module etc.. The design and implementation of class evaluation system, simplify the class evaluation work process, improve the efficiency of the class evaluation work, improve the evaluation result fairness and recognition.
