摘 要:在国际经济回暖的基础上,我国跨境电子商务市场和交易规模也呈现稳定发展趋势,跨境电商消费者人数持续上升,跨境平台的渠道得到越来越多消费者的青睐。
伴随着电子支付方式,国际物流等问题的逐渐解决,制度逐渐规范,电子商务的交易信用问题将是制约新兴跨境电商发展的主要原因。
跨境电子商务自身特点和交易过程中的信息不对称是导致交易信用问题的主要因素。本文对从跨境电子商务平台的信用模式现状进行分析,并对信用信息不对称含义和表现形式进行阐述,对其造成的道德风险和逆向选择问题的原因研究。对跨境电商运营中的交易信用问题,结合理论和现状,从交易主体,政府,平台的角度提出建议,即个人道德诚信意识加强,政府介入管理,加强身份认证和平台加强信息公开化。

Abstract:In the international economic recovery, on the basis of cross-border e-commerce market in China and trade scale also showed a trend of steady development, the number of cross-border electricity consumers continue to rise, cross-border platform of channels to get more and more the favour of consumers. Along with the electronic payment method, the international logistics and other problems gradually solved, the system gradually standardized, the e-commerce transaction credit problem will be the main reason to restrict the development of new cross-border e-commerce.
The characteristics of cross-border e-commerce and information asymmetry in the transaction process are the main factors that lead to the transaction credit problems. In this paper, from the cross-border e-commerce platform, analyzing the present situation and problems of credit model and the credit information asymmetry elaborates the meaning and form of expression, the causes of the problem of moral hazard and adverse selection research. On cross-border electricity trade credit problems in business operations, combining with the theory and the status quo, from the trading main body, the government, the Angle of the platform proposed, namely inpidual moral integrity awareness, government intervention management, strengthening the identity authentication and platform information into the open.
