摘要：古往今来的国际贸易都离不开食物，自丝绸之路起，葡萄、西瓜等今天我们习以为常的食物被带入了中国，凝集了国人智慧的手工盐也传到了丝绸之路沿国；象征着中国文化博大底蕴的茶叶让全世界为其香倾倒，解决亿万人温饱的大米更是为发展中国家送去了希望；2017年5月，在新的时代背景下中国作为东道主，成功举办了“一带一路论坛”在这千载难逢的机遇下中国食品出口迎来了新的发展机遇。三年来一带一路战略逐渐获得国际认可以及世界各国的积极参与和组织筹划；中国与世界文化的深化交流也包括中国富有特色的食品；通过食物的特色可以扩大我国的在世界市场中的影响力将具有中国文化色彩的品牌推向世界；我国与沿线国家签订了多项合作协议以此保证在平等合作的基础上确保战略能够顺利开展；本论文研究的意义了解目前国内食品出口的现状以及前景针对性的对中国食品企业提出机遇与建议，希望能够借此机会促进他们提高自身产品的质量和渠道，在企业自身获得利益的情况下，使得我国丰富多姿兼容并包的博大精神得以形象的屹立于世界之林。但食品对外贸易虽前景广袤，但依然存在着食品安全标准及各国食品产业结构差异较大等问题，本文也将对此进行探讨并提出相应建议；

The Current Situation of China's Foreign Food Trade under the Belt and Road Background
Abstract：The ancient and modern international trade is inseparable from food. Since the Old Silk Road, grapes, watermelons, and other foods that we have become accustomed to today have been brought into China. The artisanal salt that has gathered the wisdom of the people has also spread to the country along the Silk Road; Tea symbolizes China with a profound cultural heritage has caused the whole world to incense for its aroma. To solve the food and clothing of billions of people, it has given hope to the developing countries. In May 2017, China hosted the “Belt and Road Summit Forum” as the host. In this 21th era, Chinese food exports ushered in new opportunities of development. In the three years since the “One Belt and One Road” initiative was established, the Chinese food industry has continuously deepened exchanges with the outside world, expanded its international influence, and built a corporate brand with Chinese characteristics. With the cooperatinging of a number of cooperation agreements with countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative, the significance of this subjuct is to promote Chinese food companies to take advantage of the “One Belt One Road Summit Forum” to move toward a higher level and promote their brands to the world.
