亚硫酸盐反硝化过程影响研究

反应器开始作用时,污泥不能快速的适应反应器环境,利用污泥的水解酸化和吸附作用可以将大部分的有机物除去。

摘    要:我国随着工业化和城市化步伐的不断加快,目前水环境的污染与破坏是十分严峻的,这些废水中含有大量的SO32-、SO42-、Cl-、NO3-、以及Hg、Pb、Cr等重金属离子,该废水具有低碳源、高盐度和高硝态氮的特点,因此,生物反硝化技术开发和应用被提上了日程。其中亚硫酸盐反硝化技术是近期研究的热点。为了探究亚硫酸盐反硝化的影响,实验结果表明当进水量为2.5L/h,水力停留时间为12h,循环流量为39.1L/h反应器运行效果最佳,COD平均去除率达到78%。溶液中的亚硝酸盐对亚硫酸盐氧化有明显的促进作用。进水 pH 值为 7.5时,反硝化效果最好。溶解氧DO在反应器的回流液中是影响反硝化的脱氮的主要因素。所以要尽可能大量的减少溶液中所含有的溶解氧的含量。亚硫酸盐浓度过高的话反硝化的进行会受到抑制。

Abstract:Along with the accelerating pace of industrialization and urbanization in our country, the current water environment pollution and destruction is very serious, the wastewater contains heavy metal ions such as SO32-, SO42-, Cl-, NO3-, Hg, Pb, Cr and so on. The wastewater has the characteristics of low carbon source, high salinity and high nitrate nitrogen. Therefore, the development and application of biological denitrification technology have been put on the agenda. Sulfite denitrification is a hot topic recently. To explore the influence of the sulfite denitrifying, the experimental results show that when the water inflow of 2.5 L/H, hydraulic retention time of 1.2 H, circulating flow rate of 39.1 L/H reactor running effect is best, the average COD removal rate reached 78%. The nitrite in solution has obvious catalytic effect on sulfite oxidation. When the pH value is 7.5, the anti-nitrification effect is the best. Dissolved oxygen in reflux is the main cause of denitrification. So you want to reduce the amount of dissolved oxygen in the solution as much as possible. Denitrification is inhibited when sulfite concentration is too high.
