黄铜在硫酸锌-硫酸钠溶液中的阳极溶解行为研究

本次实验采用多种方法,并且进行了多组的对比实验,实验中选取的溶液为两种浓度,分别为0.5mol/L和1mol/L,在实验中我们用到了电化学工作站,赫尔槽及水浴加热的方法。

摘要:黄铜是由铜元素以及锌元素组成的,由铜、锌两种元素组成的黄铜被叫做普通黄铜,如果是由二种或者更多的元素组成的被叫做特殊黄铜。由于黄铜出色的耐磨性,黄铜常被用于制造阀门、和散热器等。为了使黄铜的硬度,强度,以及耐蚀性能的提高,可以在铜-锌合金中加入少量锡、铝、锰、铁、镍、铅等许多其他元素,也就是复杂的黄铜,我们通常称呼他们为特殊黄铜。

本论文旨金属在阳极中的溶解行为,主要研究对象为黄铜在硫酸锌与硫酸钠混合溶液中的溶解。我们的切入点为黄铜的性质,以及黄铜在作为阳极的条件下通过电镀及各种方法腐蚀的程度。该方案通过对实验环境,电流的不同以及多组实验的对比,在其中寻找规律。本文通过多组的对比实验,通过改变阳极腐蚀电流密度、改变硫酸的浓度、改变腐蚀环境温度,探究不同条件下黄铜的溶解行为,再通过对α黄铜和β黄铜表面在显微镜下的形貌的理解和分析,全面的了解了黄铜的性能对腐蚀因素的影响。并采用电化学方法研究黄铜的溶解机理,采用扫描电镜(SEM)及金相显微镜表征了黄铜在不同条件下的阳极溶解形貌。以黄铜作为阳极,铜片作为阴极,用赫尔槽进行实验。本论文研究不仅了解到了黄铜的性质,还了解到了在不同条件下黄铜作为阳极溶解的程度变化。

Study on the dissolution behavior of brass in the solution of zinc sulfate - sodium sulfate

Abstract: Brass is made up of copper and zinc, composed of two elements copper, zinc, brass is called the ordinary brass, if it is composed of two or more elements is called special brass. Because of the excellent wear resistance of brass, brass is often used to make valves, radiators and so on. In order to make the brass of the hardness, strength, and corrosion resistant performance, can add a small amount

of tin in copper, zinc alloy, aluminum, manganese, iron, nickel, lead, and many other elements, namely complex brass, we usually call them special brass.

In this paper, the dissolution behavior of metal in the anode is studied. The main object is the dissolution of brass in the mixture of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfate. Our entry point is the nature of the brass, and the degree to which the brass is corroded by electroplating and various methods under the condition of the anode. By comparing the experimental environment, current and multi-group experiments, the scheme seeks rules.

In this paper, through the comparison of multiple sets of experiment, by changing the anode corrosion current density, the temperature change of sulfuric acid concentration, the corrosion environment, explore the dissolution behavior of brass under different conditions, and then through the alpha brass and beta brass surface in the microscopic morphology of the understanding and analysis, omprehensive understanding of the performance of brass on corrosion factors. The dissolution mechanism of brass was studied by electrochemical method, and the anodic dissolution morphology of brass under different conditions was characterized by SEM and metallographic microscope. Using brass as anode and copper as cathode, experiment with hull tank.

In this paper, we not only understand the nature of brass, but also understand the degree of dissolution of brass as an anode under different conditions.
