摘 要:随着时代的前进,人类生活经济水平提升的同时,社会给人类带来的压力也随之增加。正因如此,人类对一种可以让自身情绪得以舒缓的生活方式充满向往,而旅游众多类型中的自助游,是一种完全按照自己选择的线路进行的旅游活动,一种非常适合缓解生活压力的休闲娱乐方式。对于“90后”的人群,接受新奇新鲜事物的能力大于“70后”和“80后”,是旅游市场发展的重要潜在客户之一。
基于以上原因,本文对“90后”人群进行自助游旅游行为的特征分析,包括三大方面:第一,旅游前的决策行为。第二,旅游过程中的行为。第三,旅游结束后的行为。本文的主要研究内容是通过对“90后”自助旅游者的旅游动机特征、消费特征及偏好等方面的分析,总结出相关结论。

Abstract:With the progress of the times and the improvement of human living standards, the pressure from society has also increased. Because of this, a human can make their own emotions to ease the way of life is full of longing, and many types of self-help tourism, is a completely according to their own choice of routes of tourism activities, a very suitable for alleviate the pressure of life leisure entertainment. For the "90" people, the ability to accept new things is greater than "70 after" and "80", is one of the important potential customers of the tourism market development.
Based on the above reasons, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the self travel tourism behavior of the "post-90s" crowd, including three aspects: first, the decision-making behavior before travel. Second, the behavior in the tourism process. Third, the behavior after the tour. The main content of this paper is to summarize the relevant conclusions through the analysis of the tourism motivation characteristics, consumption characteristics and preferences of the "post-90s" self-help tourists.
