摘要:近年来,随着结构分析理论的成熟和高强材料的应用,桥梁的建设取得了突飞猛进的进展,我国拥有强大的广阔的建筑市场,但关于桥梁的建设却显示出效率低微,信息滞后,施工技术落后等各方面的问题,BIM(Building Information Modoling)的出现给这个行业带来了希望,它具有可视化、各专业协调性和信息集成化等诸多优点,贯穿建筑物的全生命周期,极大程度上解决了了如今桥梁领域发展中面临的种种问题。伴随着BIM技术的推广和使用,基于BIM的桥梁模型搭建和施工控制技术应运而生。本文将以杭州未来科技城地块为实际工程对象,在全面分析BIM软件建模和施工模拟等方面的基础上,进行基于Revit的桥梁模型建立和施工模拟仿真分析研究。首先,本文介绍了和总结了BIM技术的理念、特点和应用技术并分析BIM技术在桥梁建设各阶段的优势,并以Revit为核心,总结BIM的建模流程。其次,将根据IFC标准,利用Revit这一具体软件建立桩基础、桥面铺装、承台、梁段等Revit核心构建族库,并按照收集到的CAD图纸进行拼装,按照构造顺序精确建立出全梁的BIM模型。接着,将Revit模型导入Navisworks中进行处理,利用TimeLiner的施工特性把模型的建造顺序和时间的变化联系起来,实现了桥梁施工过程中的4维模拟。最后,本文总结出Revit的二次开发的方法和常用技巧,实现桥梁族的过滤、获取、编辑和创建的功能。

ABSTRACT:Abstract: In recent years, with the the application of high-strength materials and maturity of structural analysis theory, the construction of bridges has made rapid progress. China has a large and vast construction market, but it shows that the efficiency of construction of bridges is low, and information is lagging behind. The backwardness and other aspects of the problem, the emergence of BIM (Building Information Modoling) brings hope to the industry, it has many advantages such as visualization, coordination of various professions, and information integration, etc., which runs through the entire life cycle of the building. The solution to the various problems facing the development of the bridge area today.Along with the promotion and use of BIM technology, BIM-based bridge model building and construction control technologies have emerged. This paper will use the block of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City as the actual engineering object, based on comprehensive analysis of BIM software modeling and construction simulation, etc., based on Revit's bridge model establishment and construction simulation analysis and research. First of all, this article introduces and summarizes the concept, characteristics and application technology of BIM technology and analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in various stages of bridge construction. Taking Revit as the core, it summarizes the BIM modeling process. Secondly, based on the IFC standard, the Revit software has been used to build Revit core building libraries such as pile foundations, platform platforms, tower columns, etc., and assembled in accordance with the collected CAD drawings to establish a full-beam BIM model. Then, the Revit model was imported into Navisworks for analysis and processing, and TimeLiner was used to connect the model components with the time dimension to realize the 4-D simulation in the bridge construction process.Finally, this article summarizes Revit's secondary development methods and commonly used techniques to implement the filtering, acquisition, editing, and creation of bridge families.
