I don't believe the VC++ 2012 redistributables are available yet.

However, the VC++ runtime merge modules are available. You should find them on your machine under \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Merge Modules. Therefore you should still be able to build a setup/deployment package in the usual manner without the redistributables themselves, which would be more convenient for your users anyway.
