摘 要:在我国源远流长的书法史上,大家辈出,星河璀璨。诸如王羲之、王献之、颜真 卿、怀素等大家要么开宗立派,要么成为集大成者,这些大家都是书法史长河中耀眼的一 颗颗明珠。当然也有一些书家,有他们着极不平凡的艺术才情,却由于种种缘由,在大浪 淘沙在历史长河中成为了遗落的明珠,没有得到后人过多的研究,元代的杨维桢便是其中 之一。
元末,农民军揭竿而起,通过倪瓒的词“东家烟起,西家烟起,元复碧翚朱啓”。我 们可以看出杨维桢正是生活在这样一个变动无常的岁月。因此社会环境的恶劣便决定了杨 维桢多变的生活道路,同时也为他灵魂的裂变作了铺垫。
然而,不管是《明史》本传还是宋濂的《墓志铭》,不管是贝琼的《杨维桢传》还是 朱彝尊的《杨维桢传》,几乎都不提他的书法艺术,这主要是由于杨维桢的诗名、文名实 在太大,他的思想性格太奇崛,以致书法被诗文所掩。
本文分为四个部分,第一章对杨维桢各个书体代表作进行赏析,概括出杨维桢的书法 风格特征。第二章通过杨维桢人生历程及其师承交游两个大方面推测出杨维桢书风形成的 原因:一为受时代影响而形成的艺术思想,二为其人生遭遇的影响。在这些原因的影响下 杨维桢对当下书风进行了创新,第三章描写了杨维桢书法的创新性。第四章阐述了杨维桢 创新书风对元代、明代以及现当代书法创作的启示。
