摘 要:中国南海因其特殊的历史与地理原因,而且近年来南海航道对东亚乃至全世界经济活动重要影响的突现,以及南海丰富的矿藏和渔业资源,这使得中国与中国南海周边国家关于南海领海方面的纠纷越来越多,同时,随着美国的介入,这些纷争也越来越复杂。综合国力日渐增强的中国政府也越来越重视中国南海的开发与利用,以及对南海主权的正当维护。
本次试验的背景,正是基于中国政府对南海的开发和利用,对浮式防波堤的消波性能进行研究。本文研究内容如下:
1. 本次试验研究对象为三种不同构型的浮式防波堤。模型试验中将对所有构型的浮式防波堤在波浪水槽中进行规则波中的多工况测试,分别测得各模型的消波效果。
2. 通过数据分析,研究不同波浪周期对浮式防波堤整体系统的透射系数的影响。
3. 通过数据分析,研究不同波浪波高对浮式防波堤系泊系统受力的影响。
4. 通过试验现象观察和试验结果分析,优选出消波性能最好的浮式防波堤构型,以及影响其性能的主要因素,并提出改进意见。
结果表明,方案一增设隔板后其对消浪性能影响很小,对提升消浪效果并不明显。方案一和方案二整体上消波性能接近,在部分工况方案一略优于方案二和方案三,方案一相比方案二消浪性能可提升2%~6%。对于系泊缆张力,迎浪面的系泊缆张力大于背浪面系泊缆张力,在相同周期情况下,浮式防波堤的系泊缆张力随着波高增大而增大。因此通过上述分析,推荐采用构型方案一为最终设计构型。

Abstract:The south China sea because of its special history and geography, and in recent years, the south China sea channel have important influence for economic activities of east Asian and the whole world, and the south China sea is rich in mineral deposits and fishery resources, which makes more and more territorial dispute of the south China sea in China and surrounding countries of the south China sea, at the same time, as intervention of the U.S., these disputes is becoming more and more complex. The Chinese government, which is increasingly integrated in its overall national strength, is also attaching more importance to the development and utilization of the south China sea, as well as the legitimate maintenance of the sovereignty of the south China sea.
The background of this experiment is based on the Chinese government's development and utilization of the south China sea, and the experiment is research on the wave damping performance of floating breakwater.The main works of this paper are as follows:
(1) The study looked at three different configurations of floating breakwater. In the model test, the multi-mode test of the floating breakwater of all the configurations in the wave tank is tested, and the wave dissipating effect of each model is measured separately.
(2) Through data analysis, the influence of different wave cycles on the transmission coefficient of the floating breakwater system is studied.
(3) Through data analysis, the influence of different wave wave height on mooring system of floating breakwater system was studied.
(4) Through experimental observations and results analysis,optimized wave damping performance of floating breakwater best configuration, and the main factors affecting its performance, finally put forward the improvement opinion.
The results show that the effect of wave damping performance is small and the effect is not obvious after Scheme 1 increases the barrier.
