摘要:所谓纳米复合薄膜就是将尺度为纳米级别的某种材料镶嵌在其他基体中的特殊复合材料,因其同时具有传统复合材料与纳米材料的优势,所以在电学、机械、光学、声学等领域都能有广阔的应用前景。本课题用LixMoS2水解制备成单层MoS2分散液,再向其中依次添加MMA、SDS/CTAB/二茂铁、KPS,制成MoS2纳米片/PMMA复合材料,再用旋涂的方式,制备纳米复合薄膜。之后再用XRD、AFM、SEM、综合热分析仪测试薄膜的各项性能。结果表明,通过这种方法可以很简易地制备出MoS2纳米片/PMMA复合材料薄膜,二硫化钼纳米片厚度约为2奈米,由于SDS的改性作用,使MoS2均匀地分散于溶液中,因此制成的复合薄膜结构也很均匀,MoS2纳米片在薄膜中联结,呈现二维网状分布,很大程度上提高了其热稳定性,而由于MoS2的机械性能优秀,使得复合后的材料的摩擦性能得到改善。

Title Study on Dispersion and Properties of MoS2 Nanocomposites
Abstract:The so-called nano-composite film is the scale of nano-level of a material embedded in other matrix in the special composite material, because it also has the advantages of traditional composite materials and nano-materials, so in the electrical, mechanical, optical, acoustic and other fields can Has a broad application prospects. In this paper, Mix, SDS and KPS were prepared by the hydrolysis of LixMoS2 into monolayer MoS2, and then the MoS2 nanometer / PMMA composites were prepared by the method of spin coating. The nanocomposite films were prepared by spin coating. The properties of the films were measured by XRD, AFM, SEM, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the MoS2 nanometer / PMMA composite film can be prepared easily by this method. The thickness of molybdenum disulfide nanosheets is about 2nm, and the MoS2 is uniformly dispersed in the solution due to the modification of SDS. The composite film structure is also very uniform, MoS2 nanometer film in the film, showing a two-dimensional network distribution, to a large extent improve its thermal stability.
