摘 要:针对当前大多数企业仓储管理模式落后,仓储方法效率低、成本高、出错率大等问题,提出将 RFID 技术引入到物流仓储管理过程中。将各类仓储物品信息录入RFID标签,应用静态字典编码和时间压缩算法针对各个物品信息压缩编码;通过RFID标签顺序增计数编号,二文表被简化为线性表并被存储在RFID阅读器中;RFID阅读器实时同步更新数据至数据库。从而优化现代仓储入库和出库流程,实现对库存货品状态和作业过程的全面化实时监控,做到货物先入先出和批量化扫描,使货物出入库管理更加方便快捷,提高仓储的效率,减少资源的浪费。38924 毕业论文关键词:物联网;智能物流;仓储管理;射频识别
The Design of Intelligent Logistics System Which Based on The Internet of things
Abstract: In view of the backwardness of the storage management patterns in the current enterprises,low efficiency of the tradi-tional warehousing methods,high cost and error rate,and other issues,this paper introduced the RFID technology in logistics ware-house management to optimize the flow-in and flow-out processes.Propose the RFID technology into the logistics and warehouse management process,the various types of storage materials information into RFID tags,apply the static dictionary coding and time compression algorithm for each of the items of information coding. By order of RFID tags by counting number,Two-dimensional table is reduced to a linear form and stored in RFID reader,RFID reader to real-time data synchronization update the database.In this way,the comprehensive real-time monitoring for the Invento-ry goods state and working process can be realized and the goods management becomes more convenient and efficient,which improves the storage efficiency and reduces the waste of resources.
