摘要柔性制造系统(FMS)是集微电子技术、计算机技术、通信技术、机械与控制
技术于一体的具有高自动化程度的制造系统。随着社会进步和生活水平的提高,激烈的市场竞争迫使传统的大规模生产方式发生改变,市场对多品种小批量产品的需求越来越大,这使得柔性制造系统有了越来越重要的地位。柔性制造系统适应多品种小批量的加工任务,它可以提高劳动生产率,改善生产环境,增强产品的竞争力,为企业带来更大的经济效益和社会效益。
本论文采用组态软件WinCC,通过Step7的编程来仿真PLC柔性制造系统,在仿真状态中直观地对PLC控制系统程序的错误和缺陷进行检测和修正,直至程序完全正确时,再进行现场实际联机调试,将大大提高现场调试的效率,降低系统调试的费用和风险。21219 毕业论文关键词:柔性制造系统;WinCC;PLC
Abstract Flexible manufacturing system(FMS) is the set of micro-electronics technology, computer technology, communication technology, mechanical and control technology in one of the high degree of automation of manufacturing systems. Along with social progress and improvement of living standards, intense competition in the market has made the traditional large-scale production methods changed, and the demand for multi-variety and small- batch products is increasing, which makes flexible manufacturing systems become increasingly important in the market. Flexible manufacturing systems are suitable for processing tasks in multi-variety and small- batch production, which can increase labor productivity, improve the production environment, enhance the competitiveness of products, and bring enterprises greater economic benefits and social benefits.
