摘要二十一世纪是制造业全球化的世纪,我国的制造业也将伴随着全球的发展更上一个台阶,在机械加工制造的过程中,常常由于机床导轨的振动,使得加工精度受到极大的影响,为了改善这一现状,结合了现代新型材料和动力学技术的阻尼器不断地应用到机械领域。导轨部件中,滚动直线导轨在直线传动方面有着特殊的优势,但是却由于其采用滚动体与导轨的点线接触代替了传统滑动导轨的面接触,在承载能力和振动性能方面远远不如前者,虽然目前采用了新材料和新技术的阻尼器不断应用到机床导轨中,但是,其实际的减振性能仍然不够明朗,因而,设计研发一种针对机床导轨阻尼器实际减振性能进行测试的系统结构变得非常的必要。19341
在机床中,导轨的工作环境并不是简单的在其上面安装,所以必须设计出一种模拟实际的直线导轨以及阻尼器的工作环境的试验台系统,只有这样才能使得测量出的数据具有实际的意义。
首先,由于阻尼器是在运动过程中发挥阻尼作用,因而选择直线电机对试验台进行驱动。另外,导轨在机床中承受了相当大的正向载荷,所以需要设计出一种加载结构,对直线导轨施加从上而下的相应的正向载荷。这样通过安装在直线导轨上的振动传感器以及信号处理电路,便可以源源不断地接收到在一定径向载荷条件下以一定速度直线运动的阻尼器在直线导轨上的振动量,通过计算机对处理后的信号进行仿真,就能够将阻尼器在这段时间内的振动曲线显示出来。和未安装阻尼器的振动曲线相比,便能够直观地观察、分析出阻尼器的减振效果

Abstract
The 21st century is The golden age of globalization of manufacturing industry and world's technology booming,Machinery manufacturing industry in our country will also be along with the global emerging scientific and technological revolution and then complete our own industrial upgrading, the Machine tool machining accuracy As a very important index in mechanical manufacturing is seriously damaged Because of the influence of the irregular machine tool vibration, In order to improve the huge embarrassment which mechanical manufacturing industry faces ,The dampers combining with the modern new material technology and dynamics constantly are applied to the mechanical field,In a wide variety of linear drive guide parts,linear rolling guide has a special advantage in straight line transmission, But because it uses points and guide line contact in rolling ball instead of the surface contact in traditional sliding guide rail .it is far inferior to the former In terms of load and vibration resistance ,This article mainly through to design a kind of test performance used to measure the guide rail vibration in the case of being droved by linear motor to test actual effect of reduction of vibration in different types of dampers on the rolling linear guide and show the effect of damper in the form of data.
First of all, this paper introduces the compact structure characteristic and the principle of flexible use of general damper by the concrete working environment and installation condition respectively. and more and more Immeasurable role In the modern machinery manufacturing industry .when the dampers are applicate d for the linear rolling guide vice.  Second, it is illustrated briefly that the great advantage relative to other requirements of test platform designed to detect dampeners and the application of the testing target.In this paper,it is the overall design of Test bench about Damper actual vibration reduction performance.and then
