Teachers know about the character of every student and the different performance on English learning, which can better improve the efficiency of classroom. Every student in classroom has the chance to express their own ideas and acquire more attention, which makes them learn English happily. Students in English classroom are happy and pleasant, then the efficiency of classroom has been improved.
This paper have a systemic framework for studying the difference of the students in EFL teaching. Firstly, it introduces the persity of inpidual differences of high school students.The different learning styles, different levels of English learning, different personality,different motivation and different learning strategies. Secondly, it mainly outlines teaching methods facing with different students. It introduces these method of understanding and respecting the persity of learning strength in every group, using different material, doing different tasks with the same material,using different teaching styles,ignoring the problem,involving students in finding out about themselves,using the students and helping learners set up their own learning goals and make their own plans.Thirdly, it provides how to give full play to the principal role of high school student. Through creating a relaxed, democratic and harmonious learning atmosphere, setting up own goals,cultivate and developing creative thinking, improving the ability of autonomous learning and using diaries as a way to help students reflect on their learning,we can improve the ability of language communication and cultivate and develop creative thinking.Finally , it introduces the value and significance of differentiating English.

II. The Difference of Inpidual Learning Efficiency in High School
The study of English is a long-term, complicated, taking the practice of the hardships . In high school, we often find the same class, some students English especially excellent, some students learning process is quite tough, achievement is not ideal. Some students usually also work very hard but the result is not ideal. So can effect a class of students learning efficiency. The difference is not only efforts can solve. English is a practical subject, it is a kind of communication tools, students have to use it to express some thoughts and understanding, in this activity students showed obvious difference. Therefore, from the point of language awareness and language development level, there are a lot of differences between high school students to learn English, they besides have different understanding, also has a lot of differences in language ability to accept. Language learning and communication is a certain cultural knowledge level of the complex communication process, a process that involves not only language knowledge but involves all kinds of foreign cultures, because the student inpiduality is different, accept ability and expression way is different. Is a group of students, with the meaning of the same sentence will have different understanding. For example: "she's very pretty. Students passively accept knowledge, often feel depressed and burden, can't reflect her personality, not in their own way of thinking, leading to in the process of accepting knowledge dependency, and passivity. Teachers should through the vivid and lively, full of personalized teaching methods, inspire students' independent thinking and questioning mind, promote the development of students' language consciousness, causes the student to acquire language in positive thinking activity.
