In fact, it has not been a long history since people began to do a joint research on classroom English teaching in China. But there have been already many kinds of researches about it. And we can get some good experience of classroom English teaching and learning. It is believed that practice makes perfect. It seems practice is the best way to improve oral English. But as for primary school English teachers, I think Chinese primary school English teachers should teach students how to practice, learn and help them to have such kind of language abilities, and build an English language system in class step by step. The most urgent thing is to encourage them to speak English bravely. Teachers teach what they have learned. They remember how they have been learning English, so they should know how to teach English. Thus, they have to master classroom English.
    In the field of CE teaching in primary schools, communication between teachers and students plays a primary role. CE is vital, too. We are actually very far from being able to make a proper study on the linguistic and non-linguistic levels involved in the act of CE leaning. But there are unfortunately a considerable number of teachers in this field who still labor under the improper assumptions and whose classroom talk is thus affected. I luckily benefited from my teachers in primary school whose classroom talk has been giving me great help in my previous life and my future job, and I am deeply experiencing what role CE acts as. Therefore, I would like to devote myself to analyze CE in primary school teaching, which will benefit me a lot.
In this paper, with the help of my tutor and other teachers, I have tried to concentrate my most attention on some existing problems of CE in part three and how to solve these problems in part four. I have also made my efforts to review some functions of CE in chapter two. In short, whether CE functions efficiently in these or other ways and how teachers use CE to achieve the most considerable teaching quality are the major subjects of this paper.

II. The Comprehensive Discussion of Classroom English

2.1 The Meaning of Classroom English
    Classroom is a place where teachers implement their teaching plans, and where students learn skills. It is the main place for teachers and students to interact with each other. E, Hence said, “Classroom instruction plays a crucial role in the middle of English teaching and learning.” To the teaching methods, classroom English is an important tool to enhance the efficiency.
    Classroom English is a classroom teaching method that teachers create a situation on the basis of teaching contents and students’ cognitive characteristics, with the aid of all kinds of teaching means and authentic activities in order to evoke students’ emotional experience, activate students’ interest, help students perceive, understand, practice and master language in situation, and eventually develop language skills and cultivate the ability of using language. It not only meets the needs of students’ physical and mental development, but also is consistent, with the concept of new curriculum reform. The research on the application of classroom English teaching in primary schools is of great theoretical and practical significance.
As to classroom English, the classroom activity that involves students’ interaction is considered as a key process for them to promote their competence in speaking. But the students are afraid of speaking. They are afraid of losing face, and have no confidence in speaking in public. Therefore, the students must be encouraged and given opportunities to speak in public as more as possible. Classroom English can make students confident and it makes the relation between teachers and students closer. Thus, classroom English is an important tool for teachers to communicate with students.
