摘要:自然资源的急剧消耗使得人类越来越重视一些高能量材料的利用,比如:核材料。核技术的发展为核材料的广泛应用奠定了基础。随着核技术的发展,核材料的应用范围也在扩大。然而,在核材料的应用为人类带来了利益的同时也给人类带来了核辐射的恐惧。高能量的核辐射对人体会产生巨大的伤害,为尽量避免这种情况,非常有必要对核辐射进行探测。对核辐射的探测关乎民心稳定和人身安全,意义重大。本课题论文针对CZT核辐射像素阵列探测器探测的微弱电荷信号,基于TSMC 0.35 工艺,对其CMOS模拟读出电路进行了设计,为CZT核辐射像素阵列探测器的单芯片集成打下了基础。6662

Design of A Readout Circuit for Nuclear Radiation Detector
Abstract:Natural resources consumption dramatically makes human pay more and more attention to some high energy material utilization, such as, nuclear materials. Laid the foundation for the development of nuclear technology is widely used in nuclear material. With the development of nuclear technology, the scope of application of nuclear materials is also expanding. However, the application of nuclear material benefits but also brings the nuclear radiation fear for human. Radiation of high energy nuclear will produce great harm to the human body, in order to avoid this situation, it is necessary to detect nuclear radiation. Detection of nuclear radiation is related to stability of popular feelings and personal safety, and it is of great significance. In view of the weak charge signal CZT nuclear radiation detector pixel array detector, TSMC 0.35 process based on CMOS, the analog readout circuit design, laid the foundation for the single chip CZT nuclear radiation pixel array detector integrated.
