摘要本论文针对长焦透镜透射波前 GRMS 和 PSD1 指标的高精度测量难题,开展了长焦透镜透射波前高精度检测方法研究,通过仿真技术研究透镜装调误差对透射波前干涉检测精度的影响。分别研究了 x轴倾斜、y轴俯仰、离轴和离焦这四种装调误差对焦距分别为8m、15m、20m、25m 和 30m 这 5 种不同焦距的长焦透镜透射波前 PV 值、PSD1 值和 GRMS值的影响。详细研究了波前精度控制在十分之一波长(632.8nm)时,装调误差的变化对透射波前 PSD1 值和 GRMS 值的影响变化。经研究总结,长焦透镜焦距越长,装调误差的容限越大。31012 毕业论文关键词 装调误差 仿真 PSD1 GRMS
Title Influence of lens wavefront interference detection precision of long focal alignment errors
Abstract This paper aimed at solving the puzzle about how to conduct a highly subtle measurement to the GRMS and PSD1 index of the transmitted wavefront of the long-focus lens ,we carried out a study on finding out the a measurement that can reach the high-precision and observed the impact that caused by error alignment with the simulation system . In the paper ,we imitated such four kind of error ,like X-axis’ tilt ,Y-axis’ pitching ,off-axis ,defocus and so on .Then we text the impact on the index of PV ,PSD1 ,and GRMS with the focus of 8,15,20,25 and 30 meters in the condition of the errors above,in which we traversed the case when the impact of the PV index is up to 1/10 of the wavelength (632.8nm).The conclusion is that the longer the focus length is ,the bigger tolerance the error alignment allowed
