大学生校内健身房锻炼调查研究

Abstract: Now through literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other methods, Zhoukou Normal College campus gym only one investigation and analysis of Zhoukou Normal College Students participate in physical exercises in the gym investigation. Analysis, Zhoukou Normal University campus gym membership and collective demand for equipment category class fitness program is the most important, instrument class fitness programs basically meet the needs of members, inadequate collection gymnastics course and other amateur item response. Aimed at promoting understanding of Zhoukou Normal University campus gym members need for fitness programs tend to, to give operations and development gym to provide some reference, and the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to make the gym to have a better plan.

学院大学生校内健身房锻炼现状调查研究 引言
我国自1995年颁布实施了《全民健身计划纲要》以来,群众健身事业得到了蓬勃的发展,新时代下大学生作为时尚健身的主题正逐渐参与到健身行业中去。通过对本课题的研究使得我们对学院在校大学生参与校内健身房锻炼情况有更深入的了解，并针对过程中所出现的问题提出了一些个人建议和措施。了解会员对健身项目的需求趋向，能够给健身房的经营与规划提供一些参考依据，使健身房能够更有效地利用资源。
1.研究对象与方法
1.1研究对象
本研究选取学院校内健身房内部分会员为调查对象。以健身房全部会员锻炼现状为研究对象。了解学院校内健身房会员对健身项目的趋向与参与行为，旨在为健身房的蓬勃发展提供建议和参考依据。
1.2研究方法
1.2.1文献资料法
通过检索中国知网、中国期刊网，查阅国内相关领域书籍、报刊、知名学术论文等，并对检索到的资料进行阅读、分析和整理，对本研究提供充分的理论依据。
1.2.2访谈法
对健身房内部经营管理者、健身爱好者和会员进行面谈，并对所研究的问题进行咨询，进一步加深对健身房现状的了解和研究。
1.2.3问卷调查法
通过与周口市酷爱运动健身俱乐部管理人员进行研究和探索，设计出本研究所需的调查问卷。对目前健身房健身会员的性别、课程、参与项目、主要目的、设备、服务、等问题进行调查。本次调查问卷共发放35份，回收问卷35份，有效问卷33份，回收率为100%。
