Tennis elective students of normal college sports injury investigation and analysis
Abstract: By means of normal college tennis elective class student sports injury of investigation and study，and USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview and data statistics analysis of sports injury of tennis elective students, as a starting point, and thus of normal college tennis elective students sports injury of the incidence of common sports injury in the sport, the causes of sports injury, the science of positive preventive and treatment measures are put forward.The results of the analysis and recommendations for tennis elective students provide reference and theoretical basis to prevent and reduce sports injuries.

师范学院网球专选学生运动损伤的调查及分析1前言
随着网球运动在世界各地的蓬勃发展,以及中国网球选手李娜、郑洁、彭帅等在世界各大赛事取得的骄人成绩，推动着我国网球运动的飞速发展。网球运动具有高雅性、健身性、娱乐性、趣性、竞技性等独特魅力受到越来越多的运动达人的青睐与追捧。网球运动在各高校也逐渐得到广泛普及,高校中热爱网球运动的学生人数在不断增加，特别是在体育院校选取网球作为自己专项的学生也逐年递增。网球运动属于隔网对抗型的运动,因此对运动员的耐力、力量、速度、技术、柔韧性等多方面的综合身体素质要求极高。运动员在享受其带来的益处同时,也可能会受到运动损伤带来的困扰, 如网球肘、肌肉拉伤、关节损伤、踝关节扭伤、擦伤、肌肉痉挛、起水泡等常见的运动损伤，因此网球运动中关于运动损伤受到越来越多的网球锻炼者、网球专选课任课教师、运动员等的重视。
通过下载查阅的文献资料可以看出，目前其他体育项目关于运动损伤的调查研究较多，但针对网球运动损伤，特别是针对高校网球专选的运动损伤的调查研究实属不多。因此，本文通过对师范学院网球专选班学生运动损伤情况进行调查研究,分析网球专选班学生产生运动损伤的部位、常见的运动损伤种类、和产生运动损伤的原因。提出针对性的处理及预防措施,为网球专选班的教学提供依据和借鉴,以尽量减少运动损伤的发生,使学生能够更好的参加网球学习和锻炼
