摘 要:女大学生处于社会的“金字塔”,身体自尊的高低对个体健康的发展起着至关重要的作用。本研究在对国内外高校健美操发展基础上,对身体自尊的研究综述基础上,采用徐霞与姚家新修订和发展的《身体自尊量表》(physical self-perception profile简称为PSPP),自编体育锻炼调查表作为师范学院女大学生身体自尊测量工具,在师范学院内,分层随机抽样了300名选修健美操课的女大学生作为研究对象,对健美操师范学院女大学生身体自尊影响进行相关调查研究,运用多种统计方法来比较它们之间的异同,分析造成差异的原因,主要得出以下结果:
(1)女大学生随着年龄的增长,对身体自尊关注度增高,不自信度也增高,特别是在大三大四面临就业等压力时表现出来的心理问题。
(2)女大学生在练习健美操后,心理和身体都呈现对身体自尊的满足感。对健美操的兴趣呈现一个时期的高度。选修健美操课学生的流失,说明了我校健美操选修课存在一定的问题。
   由以上结果得出结论:20944
(3)学校应该分阶段针对女大学生不同时期的心理特点进行健美操锻炼和身体自尊的强化;
(4)教师要根据女大学生文理不同特点,观察学生身心状态,找出切实可行针对身体自尊的方案;

Abstract:     
Female students in the community, "pyramid", the body's level of self-esteem and healthy development of the inpidual plays a vital role. In this study, the basis for the development of domestic and foreign universities aerobics on the review of the research on the basis of physical self-esteem , and the use of Yao Xia Xu and development of the newly revised "Body Esteem Scale " (physical self-perception profile referred to as PSPP), self Physical exercise questionnaire  Normal University female students as body esteem measurement tools in  Normal University , stratified random sample of 300 elective aerobics class female students as research subjects, body esteem impact aerobics  Normal College female Students related research, using a variety of statistical methods to compare the similarities and differences between them , analyze the causes of the differences , the main draw the following conclusions :
( 1 ) female students grow older , the body is increased concern about self-esteem , self-confidence is also not increased, especially when faced with the pressure manifested employment and other psychological problems in three big four .
( 2 ) female students in the practice aerobics , mental and physical self-esteem are presented on the body satisfaction . Aerobics presents a high degree of interest in a period . Elective aerobics class students lost , indicating the existence of some problems I school aerobics electives.
Concluded from the above results:
(1) Schools should be phased aerobics and physical exercises to strengthen the self-esteem of female college students psychological characteristics of different periods;
(2) Arts teachers according to the different characteristics of female students to observe the physical and mental state of the student, to identify practical solutions for the physical self-esteem;
(3) the appropriate exercise intensity is more conducive to the formation of female college students body esteem.
