（一）筹资的含义
公司筹资是指公司根据其生产经营、对外投资和调整资本结构
的需要，通过筹资渠道，运用筹资方式，筹措所需资金的财务活动【1】。
（二）筹资的重要性
筹资是经济活动的起点，公司需要资金来文持日常的经营以及面对各种突发情况，这些都离不开资金。因此筹资是决定公司经营规模，利润水平、发展速度的重要环节【2】。
（三）筹资的目的
因为每个公司有不同的实际情况，因此不同的公司有不同的筹资目的，比如筹集资金来支持公司运转，筹集资金来扩大规模，筹集资金来弥补亏损和漏洞等等，但是不管是什么目的都是为了让公司更好的经营下去。
