Title Study on financial management mode of University Science and Technology Park -- Taking LG University National University Science and Technology Park as an example
Abstract
In twentieth Century 60 years, the emergence of a series of world science and Technology Park, Ever fount power to provide social and economic progress, the information technology industry as the representative of the new industry to flourish. In order to promote the scientific research into industrial enterprises, the establishment of specialized R & D institutions, for the pursuit of maximum practical value to allocate huge costs; also more emphasis on economic value of technology risk investment, investment in the high output, rapid access to the proceeds of the project, which is the theoretical research on the provision of financial insurance. We believe that these behaviors are far from enough to let all the innovation into wealth, the concept of "incubator" is put forward, the incubator to ease between technological progress and economic development pace inconsistent and encourage them into each other, the community generally feel that the science and technology park will become the backbone for the sustainable and rapid economic development. But already very mature industry giants will strive to maintain their market position and economic interests, to in the increasingly fierce competitive environment in the destruction of the "baby", "science and technology park early need shelter". How the freshmen in the destruction, development in the cracks, science and technology park management is facing enormous challenges, especially in financial matters, multiple financing, effective investment, improve management efficiency, promote the effective allocation of resources is the priority among priorities, science and technology parks need to improve the financial management mode of their own.
