摘要：现如今，计算机技术的进步以及企业的复杂化，使得我国传统的人事管理方式无法适应现代的企业。那么，使用计算机来对企业的人事进行管理就变得尤为重要。因为计算机的高效性是现代企业制度最需要的，可以更加规范地完成对于大型企业来说日益复杂的人事管理。使用计算机管理的各种优点能够极大程度的满足当今社会上绝大多数企业的要求。结合实际行情，我使用java作为开发语言来制作这个系统。本系统从实际出发，考虑到现实中实际的人事管理制度。本系统尽可能地简化操作，优化人机界面，使得系统易于上手，大大提高了实用价值。该系统主要能够实现员工的基础资料模块，员工考勤管理模块，奖惩模块和统计模块，这些模块能够实现各种重要的管理功能来满足各个方面的需求。82514

Personnel management information system  based on Java

Abstract：Nowadays, with the development of computer technology and the complexity of the enterprise, the traditional personnel management can not adapt to the modern enterprise。 Then, the use of computers to manage the enterprise personnel becomes particularly important。 Because of the high efficiency of the computer is the most modern enterprise system needs, can be more standardized to complete the increasingly complex personnel management for large enterprises。 The use of the various advantages of computer management can greatly meet the needs of the vast majority of enterprises in today's society。
