The Development of Housing Rental Management System
Abstract: Although the rapid development of market economy and Internet system, the rental housing management level is relatively backward and we still use the traditional management tools to do a lot of work. And these will against current and future development requirements. In order to improve this aspect of the work, we can improve the housing rental management to be modernized and computerized with the help of computer technology. This book mainly introduces the rental housing management system by using the technology of C # and SQL Server 2005 database. The system uses the software engineering principle and the object-oriented programming method. It mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of background database and the development of front application program. Automate the rental housing management and information technology. The whole system from conforms to the simply operation, practical, friendly interface and the requirement of security to accomplish the function of the house management, customer management, house query, customer query, the check in of customers and the contract processing.
