江苏省外商直接投资的现状和效应分析
本文全文主要分为了四个部分，第一个部分为引言，在这里面对此次的研究背景和意义进行了表述；接着对江苏省外商直接投资的正常阐发。第二部分从产业结构、空间分布的角度分析了江苏省的对外直接投资现状和特点。第三部分从对经济增长效应、对贸易的影响和技术进步效应分析外商直接投资对江苏省的效应影响。最后在前几个部分的基础上，针对江苏省外商直接投资的现状及效应分析的影响总结一些借鉴经验和致谢。

ABSTRACT
In the tide of economic globalization, the international capital flow speed, the size is bigger and bigger, but the regional distribution.Since 1978, utilized foreign investment has always been an important content of China's opening to the outside world policy.As a successful economic transition countries, since the 1990s, our country has been the most attract foreign direct investment in developing countries. In the new century, great changes have taken place in the domestic macroeconomic environment, the debate about foreign investment. Based on this, I choose to the eastern coastal developed province of Jiangsu province as the research object, inspects the practice of the use of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province work process, discusses the influence of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province economic society.
The article is pided into seven parts, the first part is introduction, put forward the thesis research background and significance, and the related concepts; Then the general analysis of the foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province. The third and the fourth part, separately from the performance and potential difference and effect of space and time from several aspects to analyze the foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province. Finally on the basis of the former parts, according to the analysis of the present situation and effect of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu province summed up some experience for reference.
