摘要:教师激励性口头评价是教师使用激励性语言对学生的表现在口头上进行及时有效评价。教师激励性口头评价对学生的情感参与、思文参与、行动参与产生的重要影响。教师运用激励性的口头评价,有助于树立学生的自信心,从而调动学生的学习积极性,使其主动参与到课堂教学中。激励性口头评价以学生为出发点,增强其主体意识,从而激活课堂气氛,调动学生课堂参与的积极性。教师激励性口头评价要贯穿于课堂教学的始终,正确运用激励性口头评价,需要创设轻松的课堂氛围;建立良好的师生关系;把握语言与时机,关注学生的个性差异。9615

Teachers’ incentive effects of an oral Evaluation of Pupils’ class Participation
Abstract:Teachers’ incentive oral evaluation is kind of timely and effective evaluation for expression of students, which use an incentive language via teaching. Teachers’ incentive oral evaluation is very important to student participate in emotion, thought, action. Teachers use incentive verbal evaluation to help build students' confidence, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to actively participate in their classroom. Take students as a starting point, incentive verbal evaluation can strengthen the corpus consciousness, then, activate the classroom atmosphere and motivate enthusiasm of students to participate in classroom. Through out classroom teaching of teachers’ incentive oral evaluation, should establish good relations between teachers and student, created a relaxed classroom atmosphere, grasp the language and seize the moment, and understand the personality difference of student, in order to apply incentive oral evaluation accurately,
