Abstract: Home-school cooperative has been the concern of educators, along with the advancement of education reform, school and family must be bore the burden of children education. Domestic and foreign theories about the parent-school cooperative study also stay in theory that can not provide good guidance complex variety of rural primary school education. This study in rural primary school the actual, for example, a survey of rural teachers and families at home, school cooperation on existing problems, and find school in cooperation idea, method of cooperation and cooperation content, etc, there are many shortcomings. Finally on the basis of the theory, and combining the actual situation of the school, suggested that school held by easing the burden on teachers, hold a parent-teacher meeting
, carry out a variety of home school activities and establish a network communication platform of these aspects in order to develop special home-school cooperative.

（一）什么是家校合作
所谓“家校合作”，就是指对学生最具影响力的两个机构——家庭和学校形成合力对学生进行教育。在教育活动中，家庭和学校相互支持，共同努力，使学校能在教育学生方面得到更多的来自家庭方面的支持，是家长能在教育子女方面得到更多的来自学校的指导。[1]家校合作是以完善学校教育工作，促进学生的全面发展为目标，以学生为主题，有家庭和社会各方面参与的双向互动活动。[2]
在家校合作的过程中，家长首先要做到能够对孩子的学习进行支持和帮助。家长通过参加家长会以及书面和通信等形式对学生的在校学习有所了解并能够对学生的学习提供帮助。其次，家长能够经常参加学校举办的诸如家长会、“开放日”、“活动周”等各种增进家长和学校友谊，活跃交流氛围的活动。最后，要求家长能够对学校的教育教学提供建议，并可以通过家长会的形式帮助学校管理者进行决策。
