Investigation of Middle School Students' Time Management Status
Abstract:In order to explore the current situation of the middle school students' time management.300 students who came form the Zhoukou area junior high school and high school were measured by Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale. The results showed that：(1) There was no significant difference between sex、grade and origin of student in middle school students' time management tendency.(2)The students of different grades exist significant differences in the sense of time value dimension. (3)Time management has a significant prediction on the academic performance . Concluding: Gender, origin of student were not the important factors which led to the difference of the middle school students' time management tendency; students of different grades have different perceptions and attitudes on the function and the value .Compared with the low score students, the students who achieve a high score in middle school students' time management ,grades were more excellent

中学生时间管理现状的调查 引言
在现代社会，科学合理地使用时间是现代人社会性格的一个重要标志。时间作为一种重要的资源, 虽然具有不变性、无存贮性和无替代性等特点, 但是我们依然可以对其进行有效的管理和使用[1-2]。时间管理也可以说是自我管理的核心。它是指在同样的时间消耗下，为提高时间的利用率和有效性而进行的一系列的控制工作。是由于每个人在社会生产中所处的地位不同而赋予自己的一种内在管理素质。[3]
生活中，不同的人具有不同的人格特征，他们对于时间管理表现出不同的时间管理倾向。简而言之，时间管理倾向就是个体的一种具有动力性的人格特征, 它由时间价值感、时间监控感和时间效能感构成，它反映了人们对待时间的态度和价值观念, 能够推动个体向一定的目标行动[4]。其中，时间价值感是个体时间管理的基础，是指个体对时间的功能和价值的稳定的态度和观念，包括时间对个人的生存与发展以及对社会的存在与发展的意义的稳定态度和观念，对个体驾驭时间具有动力或导向作用；时间监控观是个体利用和运筹时间的能力和观念，它体现在一系列外显的监控活动中，例如在计划安排、目标设置、时间分配、结果检查等一系列监控活动中所表现出的能力及主观评估；时间效能感指个体对自己驾驭时间的信念和预期，反映了个体对时间管理的信心以及对时间管理行为能力的估计，它是制约时间监控的一个重要因素。因此，时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感分别是价值观、自我监控和自我效能在个体运用时间上的心理和行为特征，即时间文度上的人格特征。[5]
